From the start I've had a hard time feeding the children especially my boy. He hardly eats real food , so I have an idea like having fruits in the house to munch when they want snacks. I also give them vitamins because I know they don't get enough vitamins in the food they eat.
As a mother I always worry about everything, especially when it comes to taking care of my kids. I wonder if they get proper nutrition. . . but like my hubby said, that once they grow up they will eat other types of food or they will be hungry. Apples, Bananas, and Oranges are the fruits they like and the day won't go without them eating one or two or even more before going to bed. That is a big plus knowing that fruits are good for our body. I am hoping one of these days they will start eating vegetables which is also good for our body.

You can't go wrong with fruits. Especially this summer. My mom always say whatever you have in your house they will eat and wha ever you don't have they won't crave for it. Our house is always abundant with fruits and veggies. I'm alway eating blue berries and making shake out of them.
You can never go wrong with being aware of what your kids are eating. Too many parents ignore this and it results in overweight and very unhealthy children.
As long as you keep everything in a balance...you an never be overly anything !
